Description
We undertake custom welding services for middle or large machineries. The welded parts are generally used on various machineries before being thermal treated and precision machined, aiming to make them reach the required mechanical properties.
By far, we have successfully fabricated the main body of polysilicon ingot furnace. It uses 50mm stainless steel, and the welding joints are inspected through tightness test, making the furnace able to work safely under 1600°C high temperature vacuum environment. In addition, we have managed to fabricate the large beam used on the smelting equipment for ECL, a French corporation. We also machined containers that require high tightness and pressure performance for chemical plants.

Years of running has proved that these welded parts enjoy excellent quality.
