Wheel Dressing

We have a minimum of two roughing wheels and two finishing wheels for each machine to eliminate downtime for wheel dressing.

Our extensive inventory consists of almost 1000 diamond wheels on-hand that range in diameter from 0.030" to 24". Our wheel inventory also includes top and bottom 28" diameter wheels for our two double disk grinders.

We dress wheels for other grinders and can generally complete the wheel dressing in one day for rapid turnaround.
